| 1. INVESTMENT PLAN - For 40 weeks |

All profits will be paid to your account weekly. (Every 7 days from the day of your investment)
Minimum investment is $100.00, and the maximum is $1,000.00.
Each investment will generate profits for 40 weeks.

| 2. 10% Weekly Referral Matching Investment Bonus |
| You will get 10% from your referral investment dividend. |
| Requirements: Minimum $300.00 of personal investment |

Example:
You refer a Mr.John Smith to invest $1,000.00. From the investment, Mr.John Smith will get a dividend of $80.00 per week ($1,000.00 x 8% = $80.00), and YOU will get $8.00 ($80.00 x 10% = $8.00) |

| DAILY REFERRAL BONUS |

| We pay a referral commission of 10% to 21% for members' investments within your network. |
|
Example:
If you are at 13% and your down line is at 10% you will get the 3% difference.
If you are at 21% and your down line is at 13% you will get the 8% difference. |

| LEADERSHIP BONUS |
Only available to those achieving 21% status in Referral Bonus and is blocked by referrals with same 21% status.
Company rewards you 3%, 2% & 1% on your "entire group investment value" inclusive of the blocked accounts for up to a maximum of 3 blocks / generations subject to your qualification below:

If YOU have one (1) line that achieves 21%, YOU are entitled to override level 1
If YOU have two (2) lines that achieve 21%, YOU are entitled to override levels 1 & 2
If YOU have three (3) lines that achieve 21%, YOU are entitled to override levels 1, 2 & 3 |

| Weekly Pairing Bonus (10% on weak Group) |
| Receive up to 10% commission of your weak line generation volume (total group purchases) through all levels of your organization. (Minimum of $100.00 on the left and right lines) |

Pairing Bonus is paid to you when you are able to build two (2) groups of members that perform well.
From all your direct, personally introduced members, you can place them into two different groups, Left or Right groups.
There is no flushing on the balance after each matching. |
