| . : How can I invest into MEGAeFOREX? |
| First, signup for an account. When you login into your account, you see a member status. As soon as your member stats say "Approved" (which can be instantly, but could take as long as 24 hours) you can start investing funds by buying investment options. |

| . : How do I make a deposit? |
| Login to your account and select 'Transaction → New Top Up' from the menu. Enter the amount you want to deposit and click the 'Top Up Now' button. |

| . : How long does it take before a deposit is added to my account? |
| Deposits are added to your account instantly, so you can start investing immediately. |

| . : Will my profit be sent directly to my account? |
| Your profit will be added to your account balance. You can request a payment to be sent to you anytime by withdrawing your profit. |

| . : How do I withdraw my account benefits? |
| Login to your account and select 'Transaction → Redeem' from the menu. In the form that appears, enter your local bank account number and the amount you want to withdraw and press the 'Redeem Now' button. The amount you requested will be subtracted from your balance and the webmaster will pay out the requested amount. |

| . : How long does it take before I receive my payment? |
| Payments are made to your account ASAP, but always within 5 business days. |

| . : How do I change my information or password? |
| Login to your account and go to 'My Profile' from the menu to change your information. To change your password, select 'Change Password'. |

| . : I forgot my password. What should I do? |
| Under the login form you will find a link 'Forgot your password'. When you click this link you will go to the password recovery form. Enter your username to have your password sent to your registered email address. |

| . : Do I have to withdraw my earnings, or can I re-invest them? |
| Your earnings are added to your account balance, you can withdraw at anytime if your account has sufficient balance of min. USD100. You are allowed to deposit from your account balance. |

| . : I already have an account, but want to register for another. Can I? |
| No. Any member found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts frozen. |

| . : What happens with my investment? Where and how are they invested? Who manages them? |
| All MEGAeFOREX investments are pooled together and invested in various activities. These can be both on and offline, long and short-term investment opportunities. We don't rely on new funds coming in to pay for currently running investments. Funds are managed by several different investing professionals. |
